Marissa Marmolejos is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. She is a Professional Member of ASID, an NCIDQ Certificate Holder, and a Texas Registered Interior Designer. As an assistant area manager, Marissa has been responsible for the initial development and design of over one hundred custom luxury townhomes. Marissa's contributions to the Villas at Lake Vista were instrumental in the selection of Wellington Manor Homes as the Dallas Home Builder's Association-2007 Vesta Award Winner for Best Townhome Community.
