The construction quality of Wellington Manor townhomes stood head and shoulders above other townhomes we considered before buying ours at the Villas of Lake Vista. The masterful attention to detail was evident from floor to ceiling. Our townhome has a terrific open floor plan with so many luxurious extras that you’d expect in a much larger home…but without the headaches and work that come with it.

We also love the Coppell location. It’s easy to get just about anywhere in the Metroplex in a very short time. The Villas of Lake Vista is only ten minutes from D/FW Airport, twenty minutes from Dallas Love Field and we have fast access to I-35, Hwy. 121, George Bush Turnpike and I-635. We couldn’t ask for more.

The Villas community is another major reason we are so happy with our new townhome. There’s a diverse and interesting mix of neighbors, and we continue making new friends. This has been a pleasant surprise.

In fact, we like everything about our Wellington Manor townhome. It’s so exciting—and effortless—to live here!

We didn’t have to give up the good life by downsizing to our townhome.

We realized we were almost empty nesters—all but one of our four children would soon be away at college. We hoped to escape the time, energy and costs involved with maintaining our 4,000 sq. ft. home in Coppell’s Magnolia Park. Yet we weren’t willing to cut back on the luxury features, finishes and amenities that were so important to our lifestyle. We were able to choose our finishes and landscape an airy outdoor living space to create a special oasis in the city.

Today’s real estate market reflects an increasing demand for downsizing to upscale developments with all the bells and whistles, but few of the obligations of a single family home.
